Pinot Gris – 2011                                                                              Sonoma Valley. 

Toasted brioche and lemon curd aromas entice the olfactory senses.  Entry on the pallet suggest sliced honeydew melon, stonefruit and lemon oil.  The finish is full, flavorful and very persistent with crisp, balanced acidity.  This is an excellent wine to pair with Pecorino Romano cheese and olive oil dressed arugula salad.  Stainless steel fermented and aged 10 months.

Sauvignon Blanc – 2012                              Amador County - John Bree Vineyards

Pairing well with Dungeness crab in a burre’ blanc sauce, this delightful white wine exudes lemon blossom, lychee nut and sunbaked straw aromas with ephemeral flavors of honeysuckle, brioche and lemon tart balanced by a bright acidity.  Stainless steel fermented and aged for 9 months prior to bottling.   Fined and filtered.

Foregt Me Not,… – 2013                                                                  North Coast

(a White Wine Blend of Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc and Viognier)                      

This perfectly synchronous blend of three white grape wines resulted in a wonderfully aromatic, crisp and tasty libation.  Aromas of candied mango and ginger, night jasmine, geranium and sultana raisins evolve into flavors of green pineapple, honeydew melon, mangosteen and custard apple.   Stainless steel and French oak aged for 16 months before bottling.

Grenache Blanc/ Picpoul Blanc – 2013                                          Sonoma Valley

This This 50/50 blend of Grenache Blanc and Picpoul Blanc has a tropical fruit nose reminiscent of pineapple, mango, hints of vanilla custard, and quince with a touch of nutmeg.  Flavors suggest citrus, cream sickle, candied grapefruit, yellow apple, vanilla and quince.   Stainless steel barrel aged for 16 months prior to bottling.

Riesling -- 2014(dry)                      Mendocino County -  Nelson Family Vineyards

The aroma of this dry Riesling springs forth with white peach, yellow plum, and orange and lemon zest.  Entry on the palate is full of nectarine, lemon and lime, wet stone with a refreshing level of acidity.  Pair with Indian, Thai, Vietnamese or brioche with fruit topping.   Stainless steel fermented and aged.

Riesling -- 2015 (dry)                                       Lake County – Broc Zoller Vineyard

The aroma of this dry Riesling springs forth with white peach, Bosque pear, candied ginger and vanilla bean.  Mouthwatering flavors of nectarine, lemon rind, tangerine and under-ripe pineapple are balanced by a nice limestone acidity.  Stainless steel and French oak barrel fermented and aged.

Aromas of plantain, fresh pineapple, vanilla bean and citrus blossom evolve on the palate in to flavors of pineapple, yellow apple, Asian and Bosc pear finishing with a hint of dried ginger.  Stainless steel barrel fermented and aged.

Aromas of freshly sliced pineapple and kiwi, warm morning toast with just a hint of oak transform into rich flavors of pineapple, lychee nut and toasted almonds.  Neutral French oak fermented and aged for 15 months prior to bottling.  Fined and filtered.

Viognier -- 2013                                            Mendocino County – Schrader Ranch

This dry wine has intense perfume aromas of tropical fruit, honeysuckle and violets.   Spicy flavors of apricot, apple and peach, with hints of straw and honey make this wine the perfect accompaniment for spicy Thai food.  Stainless steel fermented and aged for 10 months prior to bottling.

Riesling -- 2013(sweet)                                          Lake County – Rooster Vineyard

The aromas of this sweeter Riesling suggest citrus blossoms and tropical fruit.  Neutral French oak fermented and aged, the resulting mouthfeel is full and has a nice weight balanced by an appropriate level of acidity.   Would be well paired with spicy Asian food and crème brûlée.
