This bright and zesty, 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine captivates the palate with the wild scents of almond and plum blossoms, honeydew melon, and toasted brioche.  Bright bursts of acidity highlighting flavors of young strawberries and kiwi, green apple peel with hints of blanched hazelnuts mellow into spiced cardamom on the finish.

Blanc de Noir 2019 ~ California 

Flint hued in color, this sparkling wine opens in the glass to the aromas of fresh cut daffodils in spring, stonefruit blossoms, citrus peel and sweetgrass.  Crisp flavors follow suggesting lemon lime poprocks, gooseberry, sprucetips and wet beach sand.  The lifted finish is vibrant with crisp acidity and memorable with energizing, fine bubbles.

Brut Rosé 2019 ~ Lodi, California

This purple-hued in color, delightfully refreshing brut rosé simulates the senses with a lovely combination of aromas and flavors. Essence of tangerine, pear and spiced hibiscus blossom transform into a rich cornucopia of summer flavors wedding raspberries, Rainier cherries and cranberry salsa, followed by mixed stonefruit. The lifted finish is vibrant with crisp acidity and memorable with energizing, fine bubbles.

Symphony 2021 ~ Lodi, California 

This lively, slightly spritzy white wine opens with complex aromas of passion-fruit, plumeria, peach and lemon blossom, along with summer jasmine and magnolia. Jolly, ambrosial, and plentiful on the palate, a fruit-salad of ripe, rich stone, tropical, and citrus fruits. Luscious celebratory, and happy, nicely balanced by acidity, with a lasting sweet fruity close that leaves you wanting more. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for seven months.

Aurora Borealis 2023 [A Sparkling Red Wine] - Mendocino County
